MORE LAUGHTER
When was the last time you laughed your heart out?
Do you know that one of the signs of spiritual health is the inner joy that radiates from man? I wonder today, does modern man know how to enjoy life, be relaxed and spontaneous, or do we take everything that happens in our life too seriously, too strictly, too harshly?
Do you still have enthusiasm and new strength for live in you today?
Think about this, who are the people around you that you avoid, are reluctant to meet, or you feel that they are difficult and make you tired? Why is that so? Most often, we avoid the company of those who gladly talk about their illnesses, often analyze their past and constantly return to it, as well as those who see only negativity and evil in everything, or others who always blame them for something, and they are the only ones who are right. Have you experienced such encounters in your life, dear reader?
But do you also have the opposite experiences? When you cannot wait to see someone, hug them, talk to them? What is the difference? Are some people evil and others good? There is no man who is only good, nor one who is only mean. Or else, does everything go well in life for some, and only badly for others?
It is a question, dear reader, of our choices, our decisions, views and perspectives with which we observe things and situations around us. And that is why it is nice to be in the presence of a person who is cheerful, smiling, who speaks with confidence and hope about the situation he is going through, who knows how to listen and hear their interlocutor, who knows how to sing and tell a joke, right?
We need more laughter in our lives, more joy to share with each other.
Oh, if only today there were people of hope and heralds of the good word. We all miss that too much… Try not to take everything too seriously and dramatically today, afterall this world and all your affairs do not depend only on you.
Don’t you know that there is a Creator of the world, your Father, protector, Love itself, who guides and holds everything? Do not be anxiously worried because He is close to you and cares for you and your life. Find time in your day to be with Him.
