Part of the book: 33 Meditations by Tomislav Ivančić
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE WORLD AND ME?
Meditation course: Relax, sit still and think: where is your life going? Is there at least someone near you to whom you mean something, in whom you unknowingly infuse courage to live? In any case, there is He, God, SOURCE, FATHER. Go to nature, to the clearing, to the sea and ask everyone around you if they know why we are here. Listen to life buzz around you and call you to believe in tomorrow. Someone is always waiting for you and needs you. Surrender to PURPOSE…
The purpose is the goal to which a movement tends or for which something is being done. What is meaningless is that which has no rational purpose, which is only instinctive, which is not designed, does not lead to a goal, does not solve anything, does not save and does not support life. It is frustration and nonsense. Thought is scattered everywhere. Everything has its reasons, even when we do not know them.

Nature, the world and everything that exists in general is not accidental, it is not dead, it is not immovable. On the contrary, everything leads to a goal. Natural laws have a firm goal, everything makes sense. Purpose is when we find where that thought is going. It is known what natural laws are for, what various materials in nature are for. Everything has its why and because.
Someone put everything in motion for something. And man? What is his goal? Why is he on earth? Where is he going? When is he happy? When is he meaningful? The purpose is obviously something outside of us. We are going somewhere beyond death. That is why we cannot decipher the goal with our strength and reason. It is beyond the mystery of death, beyond our present reach.
The Bible reveals this secret to us. It says that man was expelled from his natural environment and sent abroad, to earth, with the purpose of re-establishing communication with God. To believe again that God loves him. Everything on earth, suffering and pleasures, invite us to return to our Source, God, to become strong and happy again as God who is our Father. If we think more deeply, there cannot be a bigger and more magnificent goal. Man, therefore, has some tasks: to forgive, to love, to believe that God is our home we need to return to.
