Sit relaxed, breathe calmly, take enough time, look with your spirit at truth, goodness, justice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Try to \u201eexperience\u201c these concepts and these realities within yourself. Slowly repeat these words so that your understanding, your mind can somehow touch that reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you experience the word \u201etable\u201c, and how do you experience the word \u201egoodness\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who exactly are you and where did you come from, and where are you going, what are you doing here on earth, were you able to decide anything on your own or are you simply a gifted being?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Creator wanted you, he is goodness, he is there before you. Let him touch you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you feel that you are \u201edrunk\u201c with the spiritual strength and meaning, slowly get out of meditation into everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
