Before the Tabernacle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The course of the meditation:<\/strong> Go to the church or chapel where the Tabernacle with the Blessed Sacrament is. Sit or kneel on a pew. Look into the \u201eeternal light\u201c. May it help you realize that Jesus is here and waiting for you. Calmly, breathing lightly, look in the direction of the Tabernacle. Let the silence and mysterious presence overwhelm you. Stay like that for a while without a word. After that, greet Jesus friendly. He understands your language. Bow to him. Ask him; tell him you are here and why you came. Be completely simple, without any pious \u201eetiquette\u201c, be present to Jesus, direct.\u00a0 Give Jesus your sins first. Then your wounds, fears, pains, desires. Can you give him your whole life? The most important thing is not to stop at the light, the altar and the host, but to break through to the living Jesus. It really is him personally. Look at him with the eyes of the soul. May only faith in his words that he is there keep you. You will soon experience it, his Spirit will make it possible. Listen to Jesus speak to you. Stay as long as Jesus wants you to\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Eucharistic presence of Jesus Christi is a particularly privileged place of meditation. Jesus is God, but also man. It is, therefore, not only divine but also his human presence in a special, somehow condensed way. The same Jesus, the man from Nazareth, with his human body \u2013 although resurrected \u2013 is present there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

His entire work of saving humanity is there in action. The Tabernacle is an extension of Holy Mass. The whole Church is visibly or invisibly present there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Eucharist is the centre of the Church and her source. There Jesus waits, longs for man to redeem him, to set him free, and to enable a believer to witness and proclaim. There is Jesus, who understands our language, knows our circumstances, knows you by name. Jesus, who wants us to feed on him and become his Body. The mystery in which his Blood is poured out into ours, his Body becomes ours. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Eucharist is a treasure to stand before and abosrb. Whoever decides to meditate before the Eucharistic Jesus Christ will return home born again every day. He will be loaded and abundant with Jesus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
