Entering the health<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Sit relaxed, put your hands in your lap and slowly listen to your breathing\u2026 Be whole here now, with your body, mind and spirit. Do not let anything else distract you. When you are recollected, you enter health. Being recollected means being aware of your existence and this moment in which you are.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Look at your hands, feet, touch your head, listen to your heartbeat\u2026 Who gave you all this? Who made you like that? Do you know the One who gave you life? What is your relationship with him? Is he someone close to you or a stranger? Say, do you know how to live? Do you know how many more days you will be on this earth? What awaits you after death? Who has the answers to all these questions?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Become aware again \u2013 I am a child of my Creator. All that I am and that I have is from him. Give him everything that lies in your heart now.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Don’t be afraid!<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Why should you keep it to yourself and be unfree and unhappy, when you are called to joy and life? Are you sad, worried, lonely, sick or maybe in an argument with someone today?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Believe that there is no man who does not have his own pain and burden that he carries like a heavy weight or like stones in a backpack on his back, and climb to the top of the mountain\u2026 And say, who can understand you better than him? Do not stay focused on what is bothering you, but on him who loves you unconditionally and who is goodness itself.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Remain like that for ten minutes\u2026 Let this Sunday encounter with him change you so that you can really exult from the bottom of your heart, my Father! Here you are!
