FOUNDATION for Hagiotherapy, 13 Kaptol, Zagreb, based on the General Regulation on Personal Dana Protection (EU 2016/679) informs members, users and volunteers that personal data obtained directly or indirectly during membership, participation in activities or volunteering guided by the principles of correctness, legality and transparency.

Manner and purpose of data processing

Data will be processed manually, by computer, or IT tools, using methods that strictly correspond to the purpose, and guarantee security and prevent unauthorized access to data. The same will bed one for the following purposes:

a) to collect data for the purpose of enrollment in the membership of the
Association

b) for the purpose of conducting statistical analyzes for internal use

c) to inform about the activities of your association and related, partner and
collaborative associations

During the period of membership, participation in activities or volunteering, the Foundation will use the personal data of members or volunteers to send in writing or by e-mail information related to:

a) specific events and activities of the Foundation

b) promoting various charitable and humanitarian activities

Among the personal data of members, users and volunteers can be found photographs collected during certain activities in the premises and outside the premises of the Foundation.

Term of data use

The collected data will be used until the purpose for which they were collected is
achieved.

Special category of personal data

When processing data, data may be obtained that are considered a „special category of personal data“ under the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection, such as belonging to certain religious institution (diocesan, religious and lay) and possibly data on the state of health and in the sense we confirm that according to the mentioned data the association will treat with maximum confidentiality and with strict observance of legal provisions.

Availability and management of data

Whenever necessary, for the above purposes, the data may be made available to employees of the Foundation who will use it during membership, participation in activities and volunteering, as well as thereafter, in accordance with the provisions of this statement. If any of the members, users or volunteers no longer wish to receive notifications from the association, they can notify the responsible person in writing – Anđela Krivić andjela@hagio.hr. Also, an objection to further dana processing can be sent to the same address.

Assertion of special rights

Members of the association and volunteers are informed that they can request the execution of the rights provided for in the article 7 of General regulations on personal data protection by a written request addressed to the data processing manager which enables the interested subject to exercise special rights, such as

  • Confirmation of existence of personal data
  • Origin of data and the purpose of using
  • The identification of those responsible for data processing
  • Entities or categories of entities to which your data may be made avaliable
  • Request the deletion or modification of data or the updating of data (the right to withdraw consent at any time, as well as the right to forget)
  • Or to oppose due to legitimate reason for the use of data
