IMMERSED IN THE TRIUNE GOD
Meditation course: If you are uncomfortable, kneel and first bow in front of the mystery of the Holy Trinity. Stay so inclined for a few moments. Awaken in yourself admiration before God’s magnificence. You are already collected then. Stand and immerse yourself in the fullness of God present before you. Feel the Word in your mind, LOVE in your heart, creativity, and sonship of God. You are a partaker of this triune divine nature.
After ten minutes realize that the whole Trinity dwells in you by the Holy Spirit. You are a wonderful temple of the living God. Experience this truth in your heart, with the depths of yourself. May your mouth speak admiration and glory and praise to God…
God is one in three persons. Our God is only one, but always social, triunely unique. There are three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Everything comes from the Father, everything comes from him. Jesus is the Word of the Father spoken from eternity. God does everything through him. The Holy Spirit is the Love of the Father and the Son, the unity of love, the unity of two persons who love God unspeakably and incomprehensibly. In him, in his power, the Father does everything. The Father created everything, the Son redeemed us, and the Holy Spirit sanctifies us. Or: the Father created and redeemed and sanctifies all things through his Son Jesus who became man and in the power of the Holy Spirit.
The three persons are neither separated nor intertwined. Our God is an incomprehensible and miraculous secret. God always acts in three ways. We could say that everything on earth bears a triune seal. In people, it is the realization of man as male and female and in their unity the realization of the third, the child, who is father and mother at the same time. We could say that creation (the Father), speech (the Son), and Love (the Holy Spirit) are the strongest “energy” of the universe and history. Surrendering to God the Father, we are with the Son and the Holy Spirit. By listening to Jesus and receiving his redemption, we are with the Father, in the Holy Spirit, and we are inextricably tied to Jesus and the Father.
Man’s beatitude is to be in God, with God and to be the dwelling of God. Heaven is God. That is why it is important to know, create and love.

He was born in Davor in 1938. After studying philosophy and theology in Zagreb and Rome, he was ordained a priest of the Zagreb Archdiocese in 1966. After achieving a master’s degree in philosophy and a doctorate in theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, he returned to Zagreb in 1971, where he became a professor at the Catholic Faculty of Theology, University of Zagreb. He is the head of the Chair of Fundamental Theology, and was one of the editors of the Theological Review. Areas of his scientific work are philosophy, theology and literature. He explores the relationship between philosophy and theology, faith and science, atheism and religiosity, revelation and faith, the Church and ecclesial communities, Christianity and religion, the phenomenon of sects and issues of theological epistemology. His special field of interest is the study of man’s existential-spiritual dimension, where he discovers the way of modern evangelization and the necessity of the development of spiritual medicine, which, along with somatic and psychological, is indispensable in the complete healing of man, especially in the healing of spiritual diseases and addictions. For this purpose, he developed the method of hagiotherapy and founded in 1990 in Zagreb the Center for Spiritual Help, of which he is the head. From 1971, in addition to working at the faculty, he was a student religious teacher in Zagreb, the initiator of the prayer movement within the Church of the Croats, the founder of a religious society called the Prayer and Word Community(MiR), and the leader of numerous seminars for spiritual renewal and evangelization at home and abroad.
